You will be invoiced for the previous month's service on the first of each month.

Payment is via automatic credit card charge.

Refund policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will not be billed for the month in which you cancel, however customization fees are non-refundable. If your practice includes multiple providers, you may cancel the subscription for an individual, and that individual's fee for the month in which the service was cancelled will not be billed.
